La Borderie is a typical Pomerol village house, nestled in the largest hamlet in Pomerol, just a few kilometers from Saint Emilion.
Its modern comforts, intimate, green, fully fenced garden, private swimming pool and proximity to Pomerol's greatest châteaux, just a few minutes' walk away, will enhance your enjoyment of the region.
This 90 m² Holiday cottage features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room, plus a second independent toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with regulated Electric heating. Bicycles are available for exploring the Vineyard. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge.
A Hager Witty plug is available for charging your electric car in the parking space in the Holiday cottage garden.
Pets are welcome with a €200 deposit.

Jamais nous avons été aussi bien accueilli à notre arrivée, avec de nombreuses petites attentions. Corinne est des plus disponible pour ses locataires (ainsi que pour notre golden). Le gîte est joliment décoré, plus que confortable, avec une mention spéciale pour la literie. Bref on se sent chez soi dans son gîte. Le jardin est très agréable avec sa piscine qui permet de se rafraichir par temps chaud et les transats qui invitent à la farniente. La situation du gîte, au milieu des vignes parmi les plus grands crus de Pomerol (1,5 Km de Château Pétrus) permet de naviguer à travers le Libournais. Corinne encore un grand merci pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité, et votre gentillesse, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances.

Sas The perfect Gite with lovely personal touches
We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, clean and modern Gite in Pomerol. It had all the home comforts anyone could want and we loved the personal touches such as the delicious Caneles and home baked chocolate cake that Corinne had left for us. We really appreciate the bikes which we free for us to use and it was beautiful cycling around the vineyards of Pomerol and St Emilion. Corrine gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful with any questions. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!
