La Borderie is a typical Pomerol village house, nestled in the largest hamlet in Pomerol, just a few kilometers from Saint Emilion.
Its modern comforts, intimate, green, fully fenced garden, private swimming pool and proximity to Pomerol's greatest châteaux, just a few minutes' walk away, will enhance your enjoyment of the region.
This 90 m² Holiday cottage features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room, plus a second independent toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with regulated Electric heating. Bicycles are available for exploring the Vineyard. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge.
A Hager Witty plug is available for charging your electric car in the parking space in the Holiday cottage garden.
Pets are welcome with a €200 deposit.
Accommodation awarded the "Trophée Client" every year since 2020, with a rating of 5 out of 5.

Quand j'arrive à Pomerol, Corinne m'accueille, c'est un immense plaisir car je sais quand je la vois quer bientôt je vais retrouver mes petits-enfants, mes enfants et que mon séjour sera réussi et heureux; en quelque sorte Corinne est une fée pour moi, alors je reviendrai très vite avec mon vélo, mes livres et la promesse des miens. Ian C Perfect stay at La Borderie
We have just returned from a magical two-week stay at the beautiful Gîte La Borderie in Pomerol. Corinne was the perfect host. We were greeted with very thoughtful touches - a fresh baguette and homemade brownies plus a bottle of excellent local wine. The gîte is exactly as described, beautifully maintained and exceeded our already high expectations. The air conditioning was a godsend during the unusually hot weather, and the private pool was a beautiful sparkling-blue oasis. Corinne provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and was always available for any questions. Her local knowledge helped us discover the local markets, vineyard wine tastings, Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, Dune de Pilat and Arcachon. The location in Pomerol is perfect for exploring this beautiful region. Outstanding accommodation, thoughtful hospitality, and a wonderful location made for an amazing two weeks in paradise. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine : le gîte est bien agencé et équipé, l'accueil par Corinne excellent.

Laut44 Beautiful gite in a peaceful location
Such a beautifully presented, comfortable property. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely pool area, garden with different areas to relax. Welcome to the property was great with nice touches (local wine and cakes), however meeting the morning of checkout seemed a little unnecessary and added to the stress of packing up and leaving on time. However, we still absolutely loved it and would return

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte La Borderie à Pomerol. L'accueil de la propriétaire, Corinne, a été parfait : discrétion, simplicité, disponibilité, petites attentions et bons conseils. Le gîte est confortable, propre et très bien décoré. La climatisation dans les chambres et la piscine sont vraiment très appréciables lors des chaudes journées d'été. Tout est fait pour que nous passions un séjour très agréable. Encore merci pour ces 10 jours de détente et de découverte de Pomerol, Bordeaux et sa région.
