La Borderie is a typical Pomerol village house, nestled in the largest hamlet in Pomerol, just a few kilometers from Saint Emilion.
Its modern comforts, intimate, green, fully fenced garden, private swimming pool and proximity to Pomerol's greatest châteaux, just a few minutes' walk away, will enhance your enjoyment of the region.
This 90 m² Holiday cottage features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room, plus a second independent toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with regulated Electric heating. Bicycles are available for exploring the Vineyard. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge.
A Hager Witty plug is available for charging your electric car in the parking space in the Holiday cottage garden.
Pets are welcome with a €200 deposit.
Accommodation awarded the "Trophée Client" every year since 2020, with a rating of 5 out of 5.

Léa Super séjour reposant !
Nous avons passer un superbe séjour à la Borderie avec mon conjoint et notre fille de 3ans. La piscine ainsi que la climatisation dans les chambres nous ont véritablement aidé à supporter les fortes chaleurs. Les équipements sont en parfait état. La maison est décoré avec goût et Corinne est une hôte parfaite, à l’écoute et disponible.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay this is it. From the most beautiful welcome, to the design of the home, the pool, the space, the comfort , you cannot go wrong. It is exceptional and an excellent location to biking in vineyards, chateaus and a wonderful central location for day trips. Everything you could possibly need is an 8 mins drive away. The pool during a heat wave was a major bonus. We had an absolutely incredible time in this gite. Hard to leave and the owner goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Aline Un gîte exceptionnel
Le gîte de la Borderie est plein de charme où il fait bon poser ses valises. Nous avons tout aimé : le confort, le calme, la décoration. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin si coquet à l'abri des regards et la piscine qui rend ce gîte exceptionnel.Le gîte est aussi très bien équipé et tout est bien pensé. Nous avons même pu profiter de vélos pour faire de jolies balades en famille entre les vignes. Et que dire de l'accueil ? Corinne a juste été adorable et aux petits soins. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions, pleines de délicatesse. Enfin, pour ce niveau de qualité, ce gîte me paraît être un des plus abordables dans les environs. Bref, nous garderons de jolis souvenirs de notre séjour ici.

Flo Détente assurée
Des propriétaires au petit soin tout en discrétion, une maison agréablement décoré avec tout le confort , des extérieurs top et la piscine est très appréciable. Petit plus , nos amis à quatre pattes sont les bienvenus et le gîte, ainsi que ça situation s'y prête parfaitement.

Sif en Cees La Borderie de Pomerol
The gite is amazing and has a lot of privacy with a swimming pool and a quite and beautiful garden. The owner is a fantastic hostess. The parkingplace is close to de house. The village is very well located for all kind of activities. So far, this gite is the most beautiful we’ve ever had. We had a lovely time.
