Located on the hills above the Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux wine region, in the heart of a vineyard estate, the Château Moya holiday cottage offers a lovely view of the Countryside and the surrounding vineyards. During your stay, you’ll have access to a large, tree-lined yard, outdoor furniture including a table and four chairs, four lounge chairs, and a parasol.
This fully renovated 120 m² stone cottage features a spacious veranda with a fireplace. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large dining/living room (with a sofa bed), complete with a TV, fireplace, and a half-bath. Fiber-optic internet access. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom (1 bed, 160x200 cm) and a second bedroom with two beds (90x190 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
Garage with a washer and dryer, accessible from outside and from the kitchen via a staircase.
Sheets, bath linens, and kitchen linens are included in the price, with Housekeeping included.
For use of the sofa bed, a supplement of 25€ per person will be charged.
Gas heating is an additional charge. For hot weather, there are 2 portable air conditioners and 2 fans.
Guests can sample the estate’s wines and visit the owner’s other Vineyard in Fronsac. Pets are allowed.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir laissé un avis suite à votre séjour. Nous sommes désolés que le gîte n'ait pas répondu correctement à vos attentes. Le gîte n'est effectivement pas climatisé et nous comprenons votre inconfort pendant cette période exceptionnelle de canicule. Cependant il y a à votre disposition une clim mobile ainsi que 4 ventilateurs. Nous avons maintenant rajouté une seconde clim mobile. Nous ne comprenons pas trop vos notes un peu basses car elles ne sont pas accompagnées de commentaires. Depuis que nous gérons le gîte, nous avons toujours accordé la plus grande importance à la propreté, à l'accueil et au fait que les hôtes se sentent confortables comme chez eux

Accueil chaleureux par Valérie.
Gîte très confortable, situé au milieu des vignes (calme !)
Nous avons fait de nombreuses visites de sites emblématiques : château de la Brède, domaine de Malagar, tour de Montaigne, abbaye de la Sauve…
Et une visite très intéressante et sympathique du domaine viticole château Gaby.
Le beau temps était au rendez-vous, ce qui nous a permis d’apprécier particulièrement notre séjour.- Cleanliness

ILD Excellent séjour!
Nous avons apprécié ce gite pour son confort, la vue magnifique sur les vignobles, le calme, le site idéalement placé au coeur des vignobles du Bordelais, la proximité des commerces, des différents châteaux, et des sites remarquables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour l'accueil et l'excellent vin du Domaine Gaby.

Vineyards… Perfect hide away in the wine region
Gîte Moya is a lovely house with all amenities. In the middle of the vineyards. Clean, nice fireplace and a good kitchen. Close to supermarket, Libourne market and Saint Emilion. We enjoyed our stay, had lovely walks in the vineyards.
