Situated high up in the vineyards of the Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, in the heart of a wine-growing estate, the Château Moya Holiday cottage enjoys a pleasant view over the surrounding countryside and vineyards. For your stay, you'll benefit from a vast wooded plot, garden furniture with a table and 4 chairs, 4 deckchairs and a parasol.
This 120 m² stone house has been completely renovated and features a large veranda with fireplace. The first floor includes an equipped kitchen opening onto a large dining/living room (sofa bed) with TV, fireplace and toilet. Internet access, fiber. Upstairs, a master bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm) and a second bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet.
Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer accessible from outside and from the kitchen via a staircase.
