Detached house on the outskirts of Bordeaux, just 7 km from the city and close to the center of the village. It features a fully enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. There's also a 9m² garden shed, ideal for storing bicycles or other equipment.
The house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, a living room opening onto a Gllum is cool dining room, two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and the other with a 140cm bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Electric heating.
Additional services: bed linen rental, bathroom linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning (at extra cost). Kitchen linen is provided at no extra charge.
An extra single bed (BZ type) is also available, at a price adjusted according to length of stay.

A further advantage of this house is its proximity to public transport: tramway line A, La Gardette stop, is just 400 meters from the house, offering quick and easy access to the center of Bordeaux.
