Located in the peaceful hamlet of Meyney, in the town of Saint-Aubin-de-Branne, Le Courtil invites you to enjoy a peaceful and authentic getaway. In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region and just a stone’s throw from Saint-Émilion, this charming house is nestled among vineyards and meadows, far from the hustle and bustle.
It has everything you need for wonderful getaways, including walks through the vineyard landscapes, exploring the local heritage, and visits to wineries with tastings… Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted: hiking, biking (two bikes available), horseback riding, a rowing club nearby (3 km), and even a rock-climbing wall just 12 km away.
Le Courtil is an 80 m² detached house set on an enclosed lot of approximately 600 m², ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay. It features an open-concept kitchen leading into a cozy living area with a seating area (two ceiling fans), two comfortable bedrooms, an office, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating (additional charge).
In terms of amenities, everything is designed for your comfort: Wi-Fi access, on-site parking, a garden shed, and a high-power outlet for charging an electric vehicle (additional charge).
Bed linens and towels are available for rent; bathroom linen is provided, and an optional cleaning package is available for a hassle-free stay.
Small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome, subject to prior approval (pet deposit applies). Tourist tax is an additional charge.
An ideal place to recharge, explore the region… and simply enjoy yourself.

Louis et Sandra Très bon séjour
Excellente location. La maison est idéalement située, très bien équipée, propre, très agréable à vivre. Tout est très bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a suffisamment de rangements. La cuisine est pratique et bien fournie.
L’extérieur clos bien aménagé, équipé et avec beaucoup de verdure et de fleurs, permet de profiter du beau temps.
Tout est fait pour que nous ne pensions qu'aux vacances et au repos. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, gentillesse et discrétion tout en restant disponible.

Fred&Galou Séjour détente dans les vignes!
C'est notre second séjour au gîte Le Courtil et l'endroit est toujours aussi reposant et propice aux balades dans la campagne et les vignes en compagnie de notre chien. La propriétaire est au petit soin pour nous, et la convivialité est au rendez-vous. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte à tous ceux qui veulent passer un excellent moment à la découverte de la gastronomie, de l'art et de la nature girondine.

Tim vacances fin d été
Pour la 3me année consecutive nous avons séjourné au Courtil c'est dire si nous l'appécions ainsi que la region Entre deux mers, beaucoup de lieux à découvrir, St Emilion, le marché de Libourne
les voisins environnants extremment sympatiques, c est le calme absolu quand à la propriétaire tres discrete, tres gentille toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins éventuels
nous renouvellerons certainement

Gite très accueillant et propre dans un village très calme.
La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli.
Il y a eu des soucis de canalisations qu'elle a dû gérer pendant notre séjour, ce qu'elle a fait avec discrétion et courtoisie.
La bonne surprise était la 3° chambre (avec un lit simple).
Juste la salle de douche un peu vieillotte.
Je recommande ce gite pour passer une semaine reposante près de Saint Emilion.- Cleanliness
