Located in the peaceful hamlet of Meyney, in the town of Saint-Aubin-de-Branne, Le Courtil invites you to enjoy a peaceful and authentic getaway. In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region and just a stone’s throw from Saint-Émilion, this charming house is nestled among vineyards and meadows, far from the hustle and bustle.
It has everything you need for wonderful getaways, including walks through the vineyard landscapes, exploring the local heritage, and visits to wineries with tastings… Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted: hiking, biking (two bikes available), horseback riding, a rowing club nearby (3 km), and even a rock-climbing wall just 12 km away.
Le Courtil is an 80 m² detached house set on an enclosed lot of approximately 600 m², ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay. It features an open-concept kitchen leading into a cozy living area with a seating area (two ceiling fans), two comfortable bedrooms, an office, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating (additional charge).
In terms of amenities, everything is designed for your comfort: Wi-Fi access, on-site parking, a garden shed, and a high-power outlet for charging an electric vehicle (additional charge).
Bed linens and towels are available for rent; bathroom linen is provided, and an optional cleaning package is available for a hassle-free stay.
Small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome, subject to prior approval (pet deposit applies). Tourist tax is an additional charge.
