Gîte du Pigeonnier de Gueydon

Located some 20 km south of Bordeaux and 60 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon, the Holiday cottage "Le Pigeonnier de Gueydon" is in one of the oldest parts of Portets, 2 km from the village, its amenities and the train station. Here, you're in the heart of the Graves vineyards, where the first Bordeaux vineyards were established, and just a stone's throw from our wine estate, Château Grand Abord, and its vineyards.
The Holiday cottage is housed in a detached two-storey house with terraces, enclosed garden and parking. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 Bunk beds for Kids), a shower room with toilet and a boiler/laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor, there's a lovely living room with dining area and TV lounge opening onto a terrace overlooking the rear garden (garden furniture and electric plancha), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be moved closer together, a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate toilet. Bikes can be stored in the boiler room. Optional services: bed linen rental, bathroom linen rental, end-of-stay cleaning (for a fee). Gas heating included in the price. Table tennis available. Receptions and other festive events are not permitted. Lodging reserved for tourist rentals only.
