Situated in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg vineyards, with easy access from the D251, on a former winegrowing estate, this Gironde house enjoys a pleasant setting and lovely views of the surrounding vines.
On the first floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, a large living room and a toilet.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms (the first with a 140x190cm bed and private shower room, the second with a 160x200cm bed next to the bathroom, and the third with two 90x200cm beds), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Private outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking available.
Semi-detached house with owner.
Gas central heating, fireplace (wood provided), bed linen and two tea towels included. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning available at extra cost. Tourist tax extra. Ideal for tourists.

Lieu très agréable, accueil chaleureux. Équipement simple mais complet. Très bien chauffé, spacieux intérieur comme extérieur. Un seul soucis pour nous, un bruit constant mais interrompu la nuit, genre ventilation ou autre. Nous sommes vraiment ravis du logement.

le gite correspondait à nos attentes conformément aux données sur le site web.
à l'extérieur par contre l'endroit n'était pas agréable et la maison se situait sur la route, ce qui n'apparaissait pas sur le site. Heureusement, le temps était maussade et nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin.- Cleanliness
