In the heart of the Côtes de Bourg Vineyard, easily accessible via the D251, this authentic Gironde-style house—set on a former vineyard estate—welcomes you to a peaceful setting with a pleasant, unobstructed view of the surrounding vineyards.
Ideally situated for discovering the region’s treasures, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the Corniche Route between Blaye and Bourg, visit the famous Citadel of Blaye, explore the Pair-non-Pair Caves, the Gallo-Roman villa and its museum in Plassac, or the windmill in Lansac. Adventure seekers will also enjoy the Terra Aventura trails, including “À vos chais en Côtes de Bourg” in Bourg, “Sous les yeux de la Bonne Sea” in Plassac, and “Échappée belle en pays Gabaye” in Saint-Savin. Local shops are available in Berson, located 5 km away.
The house features, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a spacious and cozy living room, and a separate restroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: the first bedroom has a bed 140 x 190 cm and its own private bathroom; a second bedroom with a Bed 160 x 200, located right next to the bathroom; and a third bedroom with two 90 x 200cm single beds.
The upper floor also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant, private, flower-filled, and shaded area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue—ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. Parking is also available.
The house is a semi-detached house, yet your privacy is fully respected.
For your comfort, gas heating, a fireplace with an insert (wood provided), bed linen, and two dish towels are included in the rental. Bath linens and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Tourist tax is extra. This rental is reserved exclusively for tourists.
