15 km from Bordeaux and 45 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the ocean, close to the Bordeaux vineyards, the Domaine de Monsalut Holiday cottage offers you the opportunity to stay in the Countryside in a privileged location. Train, bus and streetcar nearby (1 km). This former manor house is set in a private family estate with enclosed park, terrace and Kids' play area. Hall with internet access.
First floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with BJ 45 socket, library, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160 convertible into 2 beds 80, 2 beds 90, 2 baby beds), shower room, bathroom, wc, laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, wc.
Gas heating (extra charge). Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning package available on request (to be notified and paid to the owner).
High-speed wifi internet access. Barbecue and plancha. 6-person Spa, located under an awning, available all year round.
Telework-friendly Holiday cottage (office area in the hall and in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, fiber-optic internet connection).

5/5Magnifique séjour dans une maison ancienne avec une âme, mais qui offre tout le confort! Beaucoup d'espace et une grande tranquillité et proche des transports en commun pour visiter Bordeaux (tram,bus).

5/5Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux dans un gîte particulièrement agréable. Un lieu chargé d’histoire et un environnement calme et reposant pour réunir notre famille éparpillée sur la planète. Un séjour que l’on est pas prêt d’oublier. Un grand merci à notre hôte.
