Ideally located in the Graves vineyards, just a stone's throw from the Sauternes and Pessac-Léognan regions, 25 km from the splendid City of Bordeaux and not far from the ocean beaches and large lakes, this accommodation will appeal to you for a stay of a few days or weeks.
Set in the wine storehouse of an atypical 17th-century estate, it has been entirely renovated with respect for the old but in a contemporary style, and has been carefully fitted out with comfort in mind.
The first floor comprises a large 30m² living room with DVD/BluRay player and full-HD TV, a 15m² fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktop and a large French window opening onto the terrace. Upstairs are a large 18m² bedroom (160cm bed), a 12m² bedroom (2 90cm beds) and a magnificent shower room.
This Holiday cottage is approved by a 300m² independent garden and an exotic wood terrace.
The bright rooms all open onto the enclosed, private and very quiet garden.
Dogs are welcome under certain conditions, but cats are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels provided, with the possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A deposit cheque is required for cleaning (85€ for one-week stays and 150€ for stays of 2 weeks or more). Gas heating and tourist tax extra.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, very quiet. Access to Holiday cottage via the grounds. Parking in the grounds.

Excellent séjour avec un accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires très disponibles, compréhensifs, aidants, ouverts et attentionnés. Le gîte est vaste, clair, aménagé avec goût et sobriété. Très bien équipé et très propre. Il ne manque rien et on se sent vraiment chez soi. Je recommande pleinement ce gîte.

ycungs Très beau gite avec un superbe jardin
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, plein de gentillesse et de conseils pour nos promenades et notre découverte de la région.
Le gite est très bien fourni, très confortable, au calme avec un immense jardin arboré.
De plus le gite est bien placé pour visiter la région : proche de l'A62, proche du parking relais Pyrénées Villenave pour visiter Bordeaux.

jmc tout est parfait
le gite est quasiment parfait que ce soit au niveau propreté ou au niveau de l'équipement ou de la décoration.
Seul petit bémol emplacement de parking un peu éloigné de l'entrée du gite, et en chipotant un peu un éclairage un peu faiblard de la salle de bain.
a part cela il n'y a rien a redire et les propriétaires sont charmant et de bon conseils.- Cleanliness

Anne Agréable séjour
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille pour Noel. Le gite est parfaitement au calme. Il constitue la partie arrière, privatisée, de la maison des propriétaires et a été agréablement rénové en gardant le charme des vieilles pierres et du bois. La literie est confortable. Accueil gentil des propriétaires.
