Ideally located in the Graves vineyards, just a stone's throw from the Sauternes and Pessac-Léognan regions, 25 km from the splendid City of Bordeaux and not far from the ocean beaches and large lakes, this accommodation will appeal to you for a stay of a few days or weeks.
Set in the wine storehouse of an atypical 17th-century estate, it has been entirely renovated with respect for the old but in a contemporary style, and has been carefully fitted out with comfort in mind.
The first floor comprises a large 30m² living room with DVD/BluRay player and full-HD TV, a 15m² fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktop and a large French window opening onto the terrace. Upstairs are a large 18m² bedroom (160cm bed), a 12m² bedroom (2 90cm beds) and a magnificent shower room.
This Holiday cottage is approved by a 300m² independent garden and an exotic wood terrace.
The bright rooms all open onto the enclosed, private and very quiet garden.
Dogs are welcome under certain conditions, but cats are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels provided, with the possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A deposit cheque is required for cleaning (85€ for one-week stays and 150€ for stays of 2 weeks or more). Gas heating and tourist tax extra.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, very quiet. Access to Holiday cottage via the grounds. Parking in the grounds.

    Superbe !

    Dinah et son conjoint sont des hôtes très sympathiques.
    Dinah est très attentionnée et bienveillante. Le gîte est d'une propreté irréprochable et contient tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.
    Ce gîte est charmant, on se sent comme chez soi, nous reviendrons très certainement, si nous repassons dans le coin. En outre, les chiens sont très aimés et acceptés, ce qui est un plus pour les propriétaires de chiens!
    Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

    Excellent Property

    We enjoyed our stay. Dinah is an excellent host, very kind, welcoming and helpful. The property was really nice, and very well equipped. The location is ideal, quiet and calm, and an excellent location to easily reach the places of interest around the region.

    Sehr freundliche und saubere Unterkunft

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Informationen und Tipps gibt es vom Gastgeber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und tolle Kochmöglichkeit in der Unterkunft.
    Super zwei Wochen Ferien in gastfreundlicher Umgebung verbracht!

    Parfait

    Idéalement situé à proximité de nombreux centres d'intérêt.
    La maison est au calme, derrière la maison des propriétaires, entièrement cloturée.

    Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, c'est un plaisir !
