Ideally located in the Graves vineyard, just a stone’s throw from the Sauternes and Pessac-Léognan vineyards, 25 km from the beautiful city of Bordeaux, and not far from the Atlantic beaches and large lakes, this accommodation is sure to charm you for a stay of a few days or weeks.
Housed in the wine cellar of an unusual 17th-century estate, fully renovated to preserve its historic character while incorporating contemporary touches, it has been carefully designed with comfort in mind.
The ground floor features a large 30-square-meter living room with a DVD/Blu-ray player and a full-HD TV, a 15-square-meter fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large French door opening onto the terrace. Upstairs, there is a large 18-square-meter bedroom (160-cm bed), a 12-square-meter bedroom (two 90-cm beds), and a beautiful bathroom.
This holiday cottage has approval for a private garden of approximately 300m² and a tropical wood deck.
The bright rooms all open onto the enclosed, private, and very quiet garden.
Dogs are welcome under certain conditions, but cats are not permitted.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided; towel rentals and end-of-stay cleaning are available for a fee.
A security deposit check will be required for cleaning (€85 for one-week stays and €150 for stays of two weeks or more). Gas heating and tourist tax are extra.
The holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ home and is very quiet. Access to the cottage is through the property’s grounds. Parking is available in the grounds.

Anne Agréable séjour
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille pour Noel. Le gite est parfaitement au calme. Il constitue la partie arrière, privatisée, de la maison des propriétaires et a été agréablement rénové en gardant le charme des vieilles pierres et du bois. La literie est confortable. Accueil gentil des propriétaires.

Dinah et son conjoint sont des hôtes très sympathiques.
Dinah est très attentionnée et bienveillante. Le gîte est d'une propreté irréprochable et contient tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.
Ce gîte est charmant, on se sent comme chez soi, nous reviendrons très certainement, si nous repassons dans le coin. En outre, les chiens sont très aimés et acceptés, ce qui est un plus pour les propriétaires de chiens!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Informationen und Tipps gibt es vom Gastgeber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und tolle Kochmöglichkeit in der Unterkunft.

Idéalement situé à proximité de nombreux centres d'intérêt.
La maison est au calme, derrière la maison des propriétaires, entièrement cloturée.Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, c'est un plaisir !
