Nestled between the estuary and the Vineyards, in the heart of a farm that grows grapes for the Bordeaux and Blaye AOCs as well as Blayais asparagus, the Louilleau holiday cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. This holiday cottage, fully renovated in 2017, features a landscaped yard with a terrace (unfenced). A private, fenced-in garden is located at the front of the house. Adjacent to the owner’s home, the ground floor consists of a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge, all opening onto a large entryway with a separate restroom and laundry room. It features a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and an accessible bathroom/toilet, The property is completed by three bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have 140x190 cm beds and one large bedroom with four beds 90x190 cm, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating (mandatory heating fee applies from November through April) and reversible air conditioning in the living room. You’ll find RJ45 jacks in the bedrooms for an internet connection. Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing table with mattress. Tourist tax is extra. Bath linens and end-of-stay cleaning are available for a fee. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and electric heating are subject to an additional charge. The nearby forest trails are ideal for hiking and biking enthusiasts. The Les Antilles de Jonzac Water Park, featuring slides, pools, lap lanes, a Sauna area, and a Spa offering beauty treatments, is less than 40 km away.
