Located between the estuary and the Vineyard, in the heart of a farm growing AOC Bordeaux and Blaye vines and also Blayais asparagus, the Holiday cottage de Louilleau welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2017, this Holiday cottage has a landscaped garden with terrace (not enclosed). A private enclosed garden is located at the front of the house. Adjoining the owners' home, the first floor comprises a large, bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, opening onto a large entrance hall with separate toilet and laundry room. There is a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet, and three bedrooms upstairs, two with 140x190 cm beds and a large bedroom with four 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating (heating package compulsory extra from November to April) and reversible air conditioning in the living room. The bedrooms have RJ45 sockets for internet connection. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing table with mattress. Linen rental and cleaning service available at the end of your stay.
