Located in Brannens, a charming village in the heart of the South Gironde Countryside, just outside the Entre-deux-Mers region and the Bordeaux Vineyard, our holiday cottage is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends.
Housed in the village’s former school, which was completely renovated in 2022, it combines the charm of its history with modern comforts to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The holiday cottage features a large entryway and a spacious, bright living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. You’ll also have access to three comfortable bedrooms (two with a Bed 160 x 200 cm and one with two 90 x 190cm beds), one of which features a private bathroom. A second separate bathroom and a separate toilet with a sink round out the amenities.
For your comfort year-round, the holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day, as well as electric heating, will be billed as an additional charge.
Outside, enjoy a large, enclosed garden with a patio, green spaces, patio furniture, and a barbecue for sharing good times outdoors. Parking is available directly on the property.
To travel light, you can also opt to rent sheets, towels, and the end-of-stay cleaning package (services subject to a fee).
The holiday cottage is accessible to guests with limited mobility.
