Located in Brannens, a small village nestled in the South Gironde countryside, at the gateway to Entre-deux-mers and the Bordeaux vineyards, our gîte welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. Housed in what used to be the village school, this gîte was restored in 2022 and offers all the comforts you need to make your stay a success.
It comprises a large entrance hall, a beautiful living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, three bedrooms (two 160x200 beds and two 90x190 beds), one of which has a small private shower room, a shower room with independent access and a toilet with hand-washer, also independent.
The gîte is equipped with reversible air-conditioning. To relax and enjoy the outdoors, you'll have access to a large enclosed garden with terrace, greenery, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on site. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). The gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    Un beau gîte

    Un très beau gîte, une restauration réussie dans l’ancienne école de village, je gîte est très agréable à vivre confortable. Vu le froid nous n’avons pas profité de l’espace extérieur mais la terrasse doit y être agréable l’été Ave. Son accès direct au salon cuisine.
    Nous avons été très content de cette trouvaille et le recommandons aux suivants.

    Séjour extraordinaire

    Gite très propre, grand, spacieux et bien équipé. La literie est très confortable, les différents éléments du gîte sont en très bon état. L'accueil du maire et de son adjoint a été très cordiale. Une très bonne adresse que nous gardons précieusement.

    pas mal

    Le gîte pourrait être très calme si un chien dans les environs proches n'aboyait pas toute la journée. Le gîte est propre dans l'ensemble excepté la vaisselle. Il est correctement équipé, l'essentiel y est. Il est pratique.
