Located in Brannens, a charming village in the heart of the South Gironde Countryside, just outside the Entre-deux-Mers region and the Bordeaux Vineyard, our holiday cottage is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends.
Housed in the village’s former school, which was completely renovated in 2022, it combines the charm of its history with modern comforts to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The holiday cottage features a large entryway and a spacious, bright living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. You’ll also have access to three comfortable bedrooms (two with a Bed 160 x 200 cm and one with two 90 x 190cm beds), one of which features a private bathroom. A second separate bathroom and a separate toilet with a sink round out the amenities.
For your comfort year-round, the holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day, as well as electric heating, will be billed as an additional charge.
Outside, enjoy a large, enclosed garden with a patio, green spaces, patio furniture, and a barbecue for sharing good times outdoors. Parking is available directly on the property.
To travel light, you can also opt to rent sheets, towels, and the end-of-stay cleaning package (services subject to a fee).
The holiday cottage is accessible to guests with limited mobility.
Nearby, explore the Terra Aventura trail in Saint-Macaire or visit the medieval town of La Réole, located just 17 km away, not to mention the many Vineyards, fortified towns, and natural sites that make up the charm of southern Gironde.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte où tout est fait pour y passer un agréable séjour.
La literie est de très bonne qualité.
Les chambres sont spacieuses.
La climatisation est très appréciable voir indispensable avec les chaleurs de l'été.
Très bon accueil du maire et de son adjoint ainsi que de très bon conseils de leur part et de la secrétaire de la mairie pour les activités à faire aux alentours.
La cuisine est très bien équipée.
Seul bémol une odeur d'égout le soir mais qui n'a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.- Cleanliness

Alex Un gîte magnifique !
Nous étions venus en famille pour un week-end prolongé en Gironde...le gîte, une ancienne école, a été entièrement rénové avec soin et beaucoup de goût ! Les pièces sont très spacieuses et volumineuses...D'une très grande propreté, le gîte est très bien équipé en électroménager, vaisselle, on ne manque de rien ! Il y a même la climatisation si besoin ! La literie très confortable vous assure une excellente nuit ! Un espace extérieur très grand également. Le gîte appartenant à la commune, nous avons eu un super accueil de la part du maire et de son équipe, disponibles et très réactifs ! Assurément, nous reviendrons ! Merci
