Located on the Bassin d'Arcachon, just a few minutes' walk from the center of La Teste de Buch City, close to the port and various shops, our villa "Don des Flots" will be the ideal place for your vacation and for discovering all the nearby treasures: ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, Lake Cazaux, the Arcachon golf course, the Teich bird sanctuary and many others.
The villa is located on a fully enclosed property with a large garden, a private swimming pool (9x4m, paddling pool over 1 m and 1.70 m at its deepest) heated (depending on the weather - heat pump) and secured with roller shutters, terrace and garden furniture where you can relax.
The first floor comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with a 140x190cm bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, separate toilet, laundry room and storeroom.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with three 90x190cm beds, a reading corner, a shower room and an independent toilet.
Holiday cottage equipped with Electric heating. Bed linen, towels, table linen, heating and wifi are included in the price. Cleaning service available at end of stay. Tourist tax extra.

Gite Don des Flots is a lovely place, ideally situated for a short walk to the boulangerie, oyster huts or the town market. There are cycle routes just behind the house that provide off-road routes into Arcachon, with a garage at the gite to store the bikes.
The pool was perfect and the electric cover meant it kept to the same temperature all the time. There were even inflatables available.
The house had everything needed to live, with plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. Large fridge and freezer. Plenty of room to eat inside or out.
Delphine and Pascal met us on arrival (we messaged when we were an hour away), and showed us around the property and how the shutters, pool cover and appliances worked.

Richard A great stay
This property served us all really well. It is close to bars and restaurants whilst being in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool was absolutely lovely and it was comfortable and wel equipped. A great stay.

Après un super accueil des hôtes, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise dans cette magnifique maison. Une grande piscine, une belle pièce de séjour, une cuisine parfaitement équipée où rien ne manque, une literie au top également, ce qui est à souligner!
Manger au bord de la piscine, prendre un apéro ou le petit café du matin dans le coin confortable à l'abri du vent, bouger dans les alentours à pied ou en vélo depuis cette maison très bien située, bref tout était bien, 2 semaines, c'est trop court! Nous recommandons ce gîte.- Cleanliness

Accueil chaleureux de Delphine et Pascal, merci pour le petit présent à notre arrivée . La maison est très confortable, parfaitement équipée, très bien entretenue et idéalement située, à quelques minutes à pieds des cabanes d’ostréiculteurs et du centre. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis, nous reviendrons!
