Stay in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon in a comfortable villa with private pool heated in fine weather.

Located on the Bassin d'Arcachon, just a few minutes' walk from the center of La Teste de Buch City, close to the port and various shops, our villa "Don des Flots" will be the ideal place for your vacation and for discovering all the nearby treasures: ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, Lake Cazaux, the Arcachon golf course, the Teich bird sanctuary and many others.
The villa is located on a fully enclosed property with a large garden, a private swimming pool (9x4m, paddling pool over 1 m and 1.70 m at its deepest) heated (depending on the weather - heat pump) and secured with roller shutters, terrace and garden furniture where you can relax.
The first floor comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with a 140x190cm bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, separate toilet, laundry room and storeroom.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with three 90x190cm beds, a reading corner, a shower room and an independent toilet.
Holiday cottage equipped with Electric heating. Bed linen, towels, table linen, heating and wifi are included in the price. Cleaning service available at end of stay. Tourist tax extra.
