The owner will accompany you on your canoe trips on the Dordogne river, as well as in search of boletus mushrooms in season.

The gîte is located on the border between the Dordogne and Lot departments, with unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Footpaths and the Dordogne River less than 500m away. All tourist sites are between 10mn and 1h from the gîte (Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Les Grottes de Lascaux, gouffre de Proumeyssac, etc....). But you can also take advantage of the proximity of sites such as the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, St Cyr Lapopie and Colonge la Rouge, etc.

Enjoy your vacation in the Dordogne in this semi-detached house that is attached to the owners’ home.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, and 4-burner gas stove. The living room features a sofa and two armchairs, a TV, and Wifi Internet.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a cot 80x190. The second bedroom features a large 160x200 cm bed.
The central heating runs on gas.
The fenced-in property includes a swing set, a sandbox, and an above-ground Piscine (chlorinated, measuring 8x4m, 1m20 deep, 1m50 high), shared with the owners and open from May through September (access via a gate).
An Umbrella bed is available.
