The owner will accompany you on your canoe trips on the Dordogne river, as well as in search of boletus mushrooms in season.

The gîte is located on the border between the Dordogne and Lot departments, with unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Footpaths and the Dordogne River less than 500m away. All tourist sites are between 10mn and 1h from the gîte (Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Les Grottes de Lascaux, gouffre de Proumeyssac, etc....). But you can also take advantage of the proximity of sites such as the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, St Cyr Lapopie and Colonge la Rouge, etc.

On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, freezer and 4 gas rings. The living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV and Wifi Internet connection.
Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. The first has a 140x190 double bed and an 80x190 single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm).
Gas central heating.
The enclosed grounds feature a swing, a sandpit and an above-ground swimming pool (8x4m, 1m20 deep, 1m50 high) shared with the owners and open from May to September (gated access).
