7 km from St Geniès, a charming little village with shops, this detached house offers 200 m2 of living space and a 500 m2 unenclosed garden. A Wifi internet connection is available for your stay. On the first floor you'll find a kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. Upstairs you'll find 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, and a bathroom with WC. Between the bedroom and bathroom, you'll find an office. Upstairs is another bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, and a shower room with WC. Then a mezzanine with 1 x 90cm bed. The garden layout may not be suitable for families with very young Kids.

MGB Séjour tranquille avec tout confort
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en Dordogne. La Contie bénéficie d'une situation centrale par rapport à Brive, Sarlat et Montignac, entre autres. Padirac et Rocamadour sont également facilement accessibles. La Contie est très bien équipée et offre plus qu'assez d'espace pour quatre ou cinq personnes. Les lits doubles ont une largeur de 160 cm, ce qui est un point important pour nous. C'est aussi une belle maison ancienne, construite dans le style local. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité, nous vous recommandons vivement La Contie.

Family of 5 Charming house and a wonderful host
A charming and secluded location, the house is very large with many options for indoor and outdoor seating. The host Regine was very welcoming and we appreciated her flexibility in accommodating all our requests. Highly recommended

Très belle et tres grande location en pierre, bien équipée. La propriétaire était charmante. Lorsque nous retournerons dans le Périgord, nous essaierons de relouer ce beau gîte.
