7 km from St Geniès, a charming little village with shops, this detached house offers 200 m2 of living space and a 500 m2 unenclosed garden. A Wifi internet connection is available for your stay. On the first floor you'll find a kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. Upstairs you'll find 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, and a bathroom with WC. Between the bedroom and bathroom, you'll find an office. Upstairs is another bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, and a shower room with WC. Then a mezzanine with 1 x 90cm bed. The garden layout may not be suitable for families with very young Kids.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l’environnement de la maison, sa localisation qui permet de rayonner dans tout le Périgord noir. Le gîte est très bien équipé,spacieux,et cosy.

Mathieu Séjour ressourçant dans un gîte de grande qualité
Nous avons séjourné durant une semaine au mois d’Aout dans le gite de Regine. Cette dernière a été extrêmement sympathique avec des attentions raffinées dès notre arrivée. Le
Gîte est très spacieux, les pièces de grande surface ce qui rend notre séjour particulièrement appréciable. Il a fait assez chaud durant notre séjour et nous avons pu profiter de la fraîcheur de la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Rien à signaler à ce niveau là. Vous pouvez donc vous y rendrez les yeux fermées. Idéal pour une famille de 4 ou 5 personnes.- Cleanliness

Accueil très chaleureux, lla maison est très agréable, bien équipée. Parfaite pour 2 couples, les chambres et sdb sont indépendantes. La région est magnifique, les sites à visiter sont facilement accessibles, séjour trop court. Merci.
