7 km from St Geniès, a charming little village with shops, this detached house offers 200 m2 of living space and a 500 m2 unenclosed garden. A Wifi internet connection is available for your stay. On the first floor you'll find a kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. Upstairs you'll find 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, and a bathroom with WC. Between the bedroom and bathroom, you'll find an office. Upstairs is another bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, and a shower room with WC. Then a mezzanine with 1 x 90cm bed. The garden layout may not be suitable for families with very young Kids.

Le Viennois Geräumige Unterkunft im Herzen der Dordogne
Das Haus war perfekt für uns (zwei befreundete Paare) geeignet: Zwei separate Wohnbereiche im Obergeschoss mit gemeinsamer Küche und Aufenthaltsräumen im Erdgeschoss. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und ideal, um die wunderschöne Dordogne zu erkunden. Top-Empfehlung!

Situation géographique idéale pour découvrir cette belle région, Gîte très confortable, très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. L'accueil a été très convivial,une étape à ne pas louper.
