Just north of Brantôme "La Venise du Périgord", Puyguilhem castle, Bourdeilles castle, Villars caves and close to Jumilhac le Grand castle..., we're at the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, which offers all kinds of activities and visits for nature, history and local know-how enthusiasts.
Hiking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice.
You'll also enjoy fishing and canoeing on the 1st category river 'La Dronne'...
This recent, fully air-conditioned house is located in a quiet hamlet, in a cul-de-sac. The house is attached to a year-round rental with a private 800 m2 garden. On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living room with TV and internet access. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. (One step between the living room and the shower room and WC). Laundry room adjoining the kitchen with washing machine. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and large dressing room opening onto the terrace, and an open-plan mezzanine bedroom with 2 adjustable single beds (90x190).
Terrace with garden furniture, relax area and barbecue perfect for summer evenings.

Charlotte Très beau gite dans le Perigord Vert
Le gite Le loft est très agréable, moderne, spacieux, impeccable, avec un grand jardin disposant d'un très beau mobilier extérieur. Les murs très épais du gite et les volets roulants protègent très bien de la chaleur et l'on peut toujours mettre la clim si nécessaire. De nombreux commerces (dont Lidl, Super U , Intermarché, action) proches du gite . La propriétaire est très accueillante. La région offre beaucoup de possibilités si on a une voiture . Je recommande

Magnifique Loft, très bien situé, propre et hyper bien équipé!
La propriétaire du gîte est top! Accueil parfait avec de bon conseils.
Nous avons passé 1 semaine en famille avec 2 enfants de 2 et 7 ans elle fût bien remplie. Il y a de super endroit a visiter dans le Perigord Vert!- Cleanliness

Très beau gîte, propre, reposant. Bon accueil. La propriétaire tient vraiment à ce que ses clients se sentent bien. Tout est confort. Gîte bien situé dans le perigord vert et nos 2 semaines ont été bien remplies visites, marché, marches, vélo (Flow vélo,bien sécurisé,). Merci.
