Hiking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice.
You'll also enjoy fishing and canoeing on the 1st category river 'La Dronne'...
This recent, fully air-conditioned house is located in a quiet hamlet, in a cul-de-sac. The house is attached to a year-round rental with a private 800 m2 garden. On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living room with TV and internet access. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. (One step between the living room and the shower room and WC). Laundry room adjoining the kitchen with washing machine. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and large dressing room opening onto the terrace, and an open-plan mezzanine bedroom with 2 adjustable single beds (90x190).
Terrace with garden furniture, relax area and barbecue perfect for summer evenings.

David Ideal place to stay
Everything was very efficient, from the initial email with the owner, greeting and tour of the gite, local information to saying 'Au revoir' or perhaps 'A bientot'.
We would recommend this property for a couple or small family stay.

Virginie Calme dans le Périgord Vert
Le logement est impeccable et tout à fait conforme aux photos : il est très propre, très confortable, rien ne manque ! Il est situé au calme, nous avons pu profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la grande terrasse.
Edith est une hôte chaleureuse et sympathique, qui aime sa région. Nous la remercions pour les délicieuses attentions.

Mathilde et Nicolas Beau gîte moderne
Très bon séjour au calme avec un grand jardin pour les enfants et une belle terrasse pour les repas. La climatisation n’était pas de trop pour les grosses chaleurs. L’intérieur est très bien équipé. Et la propriétaire a toujours été aux petits soins avec nous, nous a conseillés sur nos visites et restaurants, que du positif, merci à elle !
