The owner has ensured that every space in the house is synonymous with well-being and a peaceful nook and cranny, preserving the authentic character of this country home.
A quiet gîte in Brantôme, nicknamed the "Little Venice of Périgord", for 8 people, with a shared swimming pool in a green setting in the heart of Périgord Vert. It promises an authentic vacation experience rich in discovery. It harmoniously combines the picturesque charm of Brantôme (5km) with the tranquility of the surrounding countryside. Nearby hiking trails offer an ideal opportunity to explore the region's unspoilt, verdant landscapes.
House adjoining another 6-person Gîtes de France and a year-round rental. The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto the dining area and lounge (TV, wifi, wood-burning stove). A 1st bedroom is accessible on the first floor, with a 140x190cm bed, and a private bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs are the 3 other bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed. Second shower room with large shower cubicle and separate WC. Underfloor heating.
There's a private terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared swimming pool 5 meters away, open from June to the end of September (size 11X5, chlorine, depth 1.50, secured by a roller shutter). Shared laundry room with outside access and washing machine.

Franck Très beau gîte confortable, bien placé.
Beau gîte spacieux, lumineux, en excellent état. Confortable.
Nous y avons séjourné en février.
Bien placé à quelques km de Brantôme, bon emplacement pour rayonner dans les environs (Périgueux, Saint Jean de Cole, Nontron...). Dans un cadre de verdure, très calme.
Grand et beau jardin commun aux 3 gîtes avec terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong (et piscine l'été).
Excellent accueil.
Je recommande à 100% pour découvrir le Périgord Vert et se ressourcer.- Cleanliness

Mem Joli séjour amical à Brantome
Beau séjour dans un cadre paisible, une piscine agréable et un logement joli et fonctionnel. L'habitation étant une rénovation, les poutres des chambres du haut sont à 1m 65 du sol. Un de nos amis mesurant plus de 1m 80 se cognait souvent. Quelques changements de niveau avec petites marches peuvent aussi poser problème.

Accueil par le propriétaire très sympathique et réactif en cas de demande particulière.
Belle restauration pour ce gîte, au calme.
Un patrimoine varié à découvrir.

Jpmbm Un havre de paix
De l'extérieur à l'intérieur cet endroit est parfait pour passer un excellent séjour afin de visiter la région de Brantôme.
La maison est très vaste , confortable,très bien distribuée pour préserver l'intimité de chacun.Il ne manque rien .
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires
On peut louer ce gîte ou l'ensemble qui peut héberger jusqu'à 14 personnes ,je recommande vivement- Cleanliness
