It promises an authentic vacation experience rich in discovery. It harmoniously combines the picturesque charm of Brantôme (5km) with the tranquility of the surrounding countryside. Nearby hiking trails offer an ideal opportunity to explore the region's unspoilt, verdant landscapes.

House adjoining another 6-person Gîtes de France and a year-round rental. The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto the dining area and lounge (TV, wifi, wood-burning stove). A 1st bedroom is accessible on the first floor, with a 140x190cm bed, and a private bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs are the 3 other bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed. Second shower room with large shower cubicle and separate WC. Underfloor heating.
There's a private terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared swimming pool 5 meters away, open from June to the end of September (size 11X5, chlorine, depth 1.50, secured by a roller shutter). Shared laundry room with outside access and washing machine.
