Former barn rehabilitated into a house, not overlooked, comprising a lovely terrace with lounge, garden furniture, electric barbecue, parasol, awning. On the first floor, a lovely living room opening onto the south-east/south-west-facing terrace, with a sitting area with television, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. Upstairs (7 steps), 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and one with a 160cm bed that can be converted into 2 80cm beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Numerous Hiking trails in the Forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts, and an opportunity to discover a wealth of flora and fauna. Swing and bike storage available.

Val d oise Parfait
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monsieur SIMON, nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce beau gîte très bien aménagé, il manque rien!
En plus entouré de verdure,de fleurs, chant d oiseaux et visite d un écureuil et un chevreuil.

Jugo6 Comfortable quiet cottage surrounded by nature
Everything is well provided, in a combination of new things and older things with personality. Beds are good, kitchen with everything, terrace with different comfy chairs.... The garden is spacious and lovely, surrouded by lots of birdsounds all day. Good starting place for walks (also provided) or tours of the Perigord. And a great host. Only minor point is there is no mobile reach/connection at the house (but you can walk into the garden). The wifi is ok but slow, perhaps outdated.

Fa Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait. L'accueil du propriétaire était chaleureux. Très gentil. Le gîte était très agréable. On s y sent tellement bien. L emplacement idéal avec de belles marches autour du gîte, de belles découvertes aux alentours.
Un grand merci au propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Brie Belle surprise
Déconnexion totale et reconnexion à la nature. Ce séjour nous a permis d'apprécier la valeur du silence uniquement rompu par le chant des oiseaux. Le gite est confortable, rien ne manque.

Accueil très sympathique de M. SIMON le propriétaire.
Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé. Les lits très confortables.
L’extérieur est magnifique, espace, jardin fleuri. Bien que le terrain ne soit pas complètement clôturé notre chien en a bien profité.
Il y a de quoi faire de belles balades au départ du gîte. Les commerces sont à un quart d’heure et il y a une petite épicerie API au village.
Pas besoin de faire beaucoup de kilomètres pour découvrir ce coin de la Dordogne.
Un grand merci à M. SIMON qui nous a très gentiment dépanné (batterie voiture HS). Ça rassure de constater qu’il y a encore des personnes super gentilles.
Nous reviendrons très certainement.
