Former barn rehabilitated into a house, not overlooked, comprising a lovely terrace with lounge, garden furniture, electric barbecue, parasol, awning. On the first floor, a lovely living room opening onto the south-east/south-west-facing terrace, with a sitting area with television, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. Upstairs (7 steps), 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and one with a 160cm bed that can be converted into 2 80cm beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Numerous Hiking trails in the Forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts, and an opportunity to discover a wealth of flora and fauna. Swing and bike storage available.
Price includes: bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Air-conditioning in the living room, opposite the bedrooms.

Mifa Séjour Périgourdin
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle grange rénovée de belle façon moderne tout en gardant un certain charme de l'ancien. Le gite est très calme, d'une propreté irréprochable ou rien ne manque. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'y voir des écureuils, chevreuils et écouter le chant des oiseaux. Monsieur Simon est très accueillant et nous a renseigné sur les sites à visiter. En cet automne nous avons profité à volonté des coings offerts par notre hôte.

Fifi Tranquil haven
A superbly equipped, extremely comfortable gite (home from home) in a peaceful beautiful location with a huge garden from which we were welcome to pick our own peaches. Only 1 downside of virtually non-existent WiFi but could get 5G if walked up the garden!

Un endroit qui invite au repos, à une pause loin des tumultes quotidiens. M. Simon est une très belle personne et nous le remercions des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Les produits du verger deviennent une gourmandise. La décoration est soignée et de très bon goût. La literie est excellente. Le nécessaire de cuisine est très complet. La petite épicerie est très pratique pour dépanner. La région reste un puits de découverte et de visites infinie. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.
