The gîte is located in the center of a 2-hectare property. This former sheepfold is an ideal place to spend a vacation in peace and quiet, yet ideally situated 4 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, for visiting the many tourist attractions of the Vézère and Dordogne valleys.
Detached house close to owners' home. First floor: Living room with kitchenette, microwave, freezer, DVD player, WiFi. First floor: 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating, solar heating and pellet stove (fully installed on arrival, the rest to be paid for by tenants). Land of 1 hectare with a wooded area.

Très belle location toute en pierre dans le style de la région avec des propriétaires voisins très sympathiques mais pas envahissants .
La bergerie est très bien située pour visiter la région sans faire trop de voiture.
