The gîte is located in the center of a 2-hectare property. This former sheepfold is an ideal place to spend a vacation in peace and quiet, yet ideally situated 4 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, for visiting the many tourist attractions of the Vézère and Dordogne valleys.
Detached house close to owners' home. First floor: Living room with kitchenette, microwave, freezer, DVD player, WiFi. First floor: 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating, solar heating and pellet stove (fully installed on arrival, the rest to be paid for by tenants). Land of 1 hectare with a wooded area.

Mcoco Agréable séjour
Agréable séjour , gîte au calme (seul bémol vraiment sombre et très vieillot, surtout les fauteuils et sales, la poêle est toute abimée au fond donc cancérigène ainsi que la casserole en émail) les sentiers de randonnée sont super , plein de beaux sites à voir.

Effectivement la maison et sombre, c'est la caractéristique des vielles maisons en pierre. Se protéger du froid l'hiver et du chaud l'été. La prochaine fois choisissez plutôt une maison en Placoplatre !
Pour la poêle nous regrettons aussi de la dégradation permanente des poêles ou casseroles que nous changeons tous les ans. Certains clients n'ont aucun scrupule à utiliser un couteau pour gratter le fonds du matériel culinaire.
