A little getaway at the gateway to the Dordogne in a historic estate, 100m from the private listed Château. Just 3 steps lead up to the gîte's charming private courtyard. The living area comprises a small kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, 2 gas rings, fridge, top table, open-plan living room with TV, sofa and internet access (decorative fireplace), followed by a dining area. Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm bed and a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed; a bathroom with a shower cubicle and 1 washbasin. Separate WC. Private 3-seater Jacuzzi in the courtyard in front of the gîte, open from May to September. 900m2 enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, fish pond. Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
