Just 10 km from Sarlat, this beautiful property is located along the D704, in the commune of Carsac-Aillac, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, much appreciated by visitors to the region for its ideal location close to some of the most beautiful sites in Périgord. The Sarlat/Souillac greenway is just 100 m from the property.
First and foremost, you'll receive a warm and attentive welcome from Bruno, who will be delighted to advise you on the region he loves so much.
There's no shortage of things to do in the surrounding area, so get ready to explore the 1001 châteaux (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley (Les Eyzies de Tayac, Montignac-Lascaux....), villages (La Roque Gageac, Domme...) and remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac, Les Jardins d'eau de Carsac...), not forgetting the pleasures of local gastronomy.

The rooms are located on an estate of preserved, authentic architecture. Its charming, diversified garden will delight you.
You will have access to 3 rooms with Wifi :
The Parme room has a 140x190 bed, a shower room with WC (no TV).
The Blue room has a 160x200 bed, a shower room with WC (no TV).
The Rose room has a 160x200 bed, a shower room separated by a curtain with 1 basin, shower cubicle and WC (hairdryer).
Beautiful, unheated, chlorine pool, secured by a fence, to be shared with the owners and the Holiday cottage (Dimensions 11mx5m, depth 1.10m to 1.95m, open from early June to mid-September).
Breakfast is served in the kitchen/dining room located in the owners' main house, upstairs (20 steps).

On-property parking for 3 cars.
