A country house set in 4 hectares overlooking the village of Thenon. Savor the joys of the countryside in this flower-filled garden and stunning swimming pool. The Vézère Périgord Noir region offers a rich heritage to its visitors. Located at the entrance to Thenon, L'appel de la Forêt is one of the largest adventure parks in the Dordogne, with a traditional market every Tuesday morning. Nearby, you can discover the Tourtoirac cave, the Château de Hautefort, the Museum of Medicine, the painted caves of Montignac-Lascaux or Rouffignac, and the Château de l'Herm.

Semi-detached house. Large living room with lounge, TV, fireplace, dining room and small kitchen with counter. Independent access to the 1st bedroom on the first floor, with a 180x200 bed or 2 90 beds, and an independent bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with private shower room and WC (sofa bed). There are 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds, sharing a bathroom (small shower) opposite the bedrooms and separate WC. 12x6m unheated Piscine shared with the owners, salt water 2.20m deep at its deepest, entry via a ladder secured by a dome and alarm. The Piscine is open from May to the end of September, and includes a plancha with garden furniture. Laundry room (washing machine) shared with the owners. Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
