A country house set in 4 hectares overlooking the village of Thenon. Savor the joys of the countryside in this flower-filled garden and stunning swimming pool. The Vézère Périgord Noir region offers a rich heritage to its visitors. Located at the entrance to Thenon, L'appel de la Forêt is one of the largest adventure parks in the Dordogne, with a traditional market every Tuesday morning. Nearby, you can discover the Tourtoirac cave, the Château de Hautefort, the Museum of Medicine, the painted caves of Montignac-Lascaux or Rouffignac, and the Château de l'Herm.

A semi-detached house attached to the owner's home. A large living area with a living room, TV, fireplace, a dining room, and a small kitchen equipped with a counter. Separate entrance to the first bedroom on the ground floor, featuring a 180x200 bed or two 90 beds, and a private bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a private bathroom (small shower) and a toilet (sofa bed). There are 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds that share a bathroom (small shower) located across from the bedrooms, as well as a separate toilet.
Unheated shared saltwater pool with the owners, measuring 12x6m and 2.20m at its deepest point; access via a ladder secured by a dome and an alarm. The pool is open from May through the end of September.
