On the edge of the Quercy and Dordogne valleys, beautiful detached house with character, set in enclosed grounds, restored with exposed red stone interior and wooden beams. Private Piscine heated from May to September (weather permitting), fenced and landscaped, with alarm (8m x 4m). Housekeeping package at €80, over a week €95, 8kw free per day, overruns to be paid (meter reading on arrival and departure).

Large covered terrace with wrought-iron pergola, 8m x 4m. 4 bedrooms (3 x 140 beds, 2 x 90 beds), living room with corner kitchen, lounge, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, gaming room, electric central heating, TNT, terrace, 2-car garage, ping-pong table. Piscine heated from May to September, weather permitting.
The Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90cm) and the other two with one single bed (140cm) each
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Cleaning products supplied. An additional deposit of 80€ for one week or 95€ for more than one week, will be required by the owner (EXCEPT IF THE END OF STAY CLEANING PACKAGE is taken as an option by the customer).
8 kW per day free of charge, overruns to be paid (meter reading on arrival and departure).
1 pet allowed per stay, beyond this please contact the owner.

Location bien équipée, située à proximité des commodités et de nombreux sites remarquables.
Joliment décorée et très confortable.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympa ,à l écoute et réactifs.
La piscine chauffée est agréable et permet d'en profiter sans modération.

Wij werden hartelijk verwelkomd door de huiseigenaars.
Sophie en Christophe stonden gedurende het verblijf steeds met de glimlach klaar wanneer we op hen beroep deden.
De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit en de rust en stilte is fenomenaal. De woning is praktisch ingericht en was netjes gepoetst.
Het zwembad is echt een meerwaarde, zelfs bij iets frisser weer.
In de directe omgeving valt heel wat te ontdekken en te bezichtigen.
Kortom, wij hadden een deugddoende en rustgevende vakantie. Wij gaan zeker eens terug!- Cleanliness

- Gite très propre, très bien placé avec une très belle vue et au calme absolu
- Très bon accueil avec une piscine mise en route pour notre arrivée et des échanges de bonnes plans et bonnes adresses dans les environs.

Arthur Super séjour
Super séjour, le gîte est incroyable et spacieux, petite touche en plus avec le poêle a bois qui a vraiment fait la différence. On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Malheureusement nou ne pouvions pas user la piscineni profiter du vue magnifique parce'qu' il faisait très mauvais temps. Maison belle et confortable.

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis, c'est vrai que le mois de septembre a été particulièrement mauvais, ce qui vous a empêché de profiter de la piscine même chauffée
Il ne faut pas rester sur un échec, revenez visiter notre belle France !!!
