Private Piscine heated from May to September (weather permitting), fenced and landscaped, with alarm (8m x 4m). Housekeeping package at €80, over a week €95, 8kw free per day, overruns to be paid (meter reading on arrival and departure).

Large covered terrace with wrought-iron pergola, 8m x 4m. 4 bedrooms (3 x 140 beds, 2 x 90 beds), living room with corner kitchen, lounge, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, gaming room, electric central heating, TNT, terrace, 2-car garage, ping-pong table. Piscine heated from May to September, weather permitting.
The Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90cm) and the other two with one single bed (140cm) each
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Cleaning products supplied. An additional deposit of 80€ for one week or 95€ for more than one week, will be required by the owner (EXCEPT IF THE END OF STAY CLEANING PACKAGE is taken as an option by the customer).

8 kW per day free of charge, overruns to be paid (meter reading on arrival and departure).
