Studio for 3 people (sleeps up to 4), located on the garden level of the owner's house. It comprises an open-plan bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a cozy double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) with a 20 cm thick mattress, plus a large closet for optimal storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, microwave, Dolce Gusto and classic coffeemakers, and kettle. On arrival, you'll find all the essentials you need (coffee, tea, pasta, oil, sugar, etc.). Enjoy a 32-inch TV with access to Molotov TV.

The bathroom includes a toilet, walk-in shower with sliding door and vanity unit. Outside, a balcony offers panoramic views over Brive, as does a private 16 m² terrace with garden furniture. Relax in a private Jacuzzi with massage jets for up to 6 people.
