The outbuilding is located at the bottom of the owners' garden, but you'll have independent access and there's no overlooking thanks to a privacy fence that separates the house from the outbuilding. Access is via the gate, which opens directly onto the cul-de-sac. You'll have access to the whole house. You'll also have access to a terrace, so you can enjoy the outdoors.

The layout is as follows:
Entrance through an open-plan, air-conditioned living room with kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, hob and washing machine. You'll also find a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
A staircase leads to a landing with two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom.
The green bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), a chest of drawers and a workspace with a desk.
The terracotta bedroom has a 140x200 bed and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and double vanity unit.
