If you love walking and hiking, you'll enjoy the many hiking and/or cycling trails (road/ mountain bike) that dot the countryside. If you prefer to swim, there are several lakes for all ages less than 10 minutes away by car. For lovers of beautiful villages, Curemonte, Collonges la Rouge and Turenne (ranked among France's most beautiful villages), as well as Argentat and Beaulieu in the Dordogne valley, are less than 30 minutes away by car. Although a little further away, Uzerche, Pompadour and Ségur le Chateau are also well worth a visit. The privileged position of this gite means you can take a day trip to discover the most beautiful sites in Correze (Massif des Monédières, Gimel and Murel waterfalls, dams on the Dordogne, Merle ruins, ...), but also the wonders of the Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac, ...), the tourist sites of the Dordogne (Domme, La Roque Cageac, Sarlat, les Eyzies, Lascaux, ...) or the beauties of the Cantal (Puy Mary, Salers, Plomb du Cantal, ...). Last but not least, any stay in Corrèze is worth a visit to the local gastronomy, made up of local products found at local markets or at the famous Brive la Gaillarde market. Evening entertainment includes restaurants and festivals. Shops and services 3 km away.

Ideally located in the heart of the Brive region, in the commune of Beynat, this detached, unoverlooked house benefits from full southern exposure and an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills. In this green setting, you'll be able to recharge your batteries in the calm and serenity of the surroundings.
Outside, there's an enclosed, secure area for children, a terrace for outdoor meals, and shaded garden furniture. Parking spaces for 4 vehicles and a bicycle shed are also available.

The fully-renovated house is ideally suited to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor comprises a large open-plan living area with dining room, lounge and fitted kitchen. A shower room with separate toilet and a laundry room complete this level. The first floor, reserved for the sleeping area, includes 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x190).
A third has a double bed (140x190) and a child's bed (90x190).
The fourth is a dormitory for children and teenagers. It sleeps 5, with a 140x200 bed supporting a 90x200 bed and two 90x190 bunk beds.
