The privileged position of this Holiday cottage means you can enjoy day trips to the most beautiful sites in Correze (Massif des Monédières, Gimel and Murel waterfalls...), the wonders of Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac, ...), the tourist sites of Dordogne (Sarlat, les Eyzies, Lascaux, ...), the beauties of Cantal (Puy Mary, Salers, Plomb du Cantal,...). For local gastronomy, visit the famous Brive la Gaillarde Market. Shops 3 km away.

Ideally located in Beynat, this detached house enjoys a south-facing position with unobstructed views. The Holiday cottage has an enclosed garden, a terrace and shaded garden furniture.
The first floor comprises a large space opening onto a dining room, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, pod coffee maker, etc.). A shower room, separate toilet and laundry room are also on this level.
The first floor is reserved for the night space: 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x190).
A third has a double bed (140x190) and a Kids bed (90x190).
The fourth has been converted into a dormitory for Kids and teenagers, sleeping 5, with a 140x200 bed supporting a 90x200 bed and two 90x190 bunk beds.
