Un gîte confortable
5/5Nous avons été très bien accueilli par William.
Nous sommes arrivés avec une voiture + une remorque avec notre moto et William nous a spontanément proposé de les mettre à l'abri des regards (peu nombreux dans le hameau).
Le gîte est confortable, bien équipé.
Le lit est doté d'un matelas bultex bien ferme, la douche est spacieuse, la clim fonctionnelle et la terrasse exposée plein sud.
La piscine est en accès libre, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir nous y rafraîchir à l'envie.- Cleanliness 5/5

Nous sommes surpris par vos remarques et regrettons de ne pas avoir eu l'opportunité d'échanger avec vous de vive voix concernant les remarques énoncées ici. En effet, l'accueil et la communication avec nos hôtes sont essentiels pour nous et nous aurions pu vous apporter des solutions sur les éléments qui ont été une source d'insatisfaction. En effet, la télécommande de la climatisation était rangée dans le gîte ; concernant la télévision, une réinitialisation du décodeur est parfois nécessaire.
Nous sommes navrés que le séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes malgré le soin apporté à nos hôtes et à l'entretien de la piscine en période de canicule. Cordialement.
