Located in the charming commune of Treignac, this studio is perfect for a peaceful break or family getaway, comfortably accommodating up to four people. Housed in a renovated former mill, this cosy space is part of a complex of three rentals.

The building also houses the owner, guaranteeing a warm welcome and local advice to help you make the most of your stay. Although located close to a main road, the studio enjoys a peaceful setting thanks to the river that flows just behind it, reminding us of the building's past as a mill.

A large garden is just a 3-4-minute walk away at the rear of the building, equipped with garden furniture and a hammock, perfect for relaxing. The interior also features a large reception hall, occasionally used for concerts, bringing a lively, convivial atmosphere to your stay.

Welcome to this studio with its bright, welcoming living space! You'll discover a functional kitchenette, ideal for preparing your meals, and two comfortable 140 cm double beds for your nights' sleep. An extra bed is also available if required. For added comfort, a separate shower room and toilet complete this space.
