Gîte in a beautiful stone building, in a peaceful village near the Charente valley.
First floor: living room with kitchen, linen room, wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds convertible to 160x200cm, shower room, separate wc.
DVD player, home cinema, radio, stereo.
Terrace, private enclosed landscaped courtyard.
In July and August, on request from the owner and depending on weather conditions: private land on the banks of the Charente for fishing and picnicking, approx. 2 km away, to be shared with the other gîte.
4 bicycles available on request, including 1 equipped with a baby seat.
Baby equipment on request: bed, bath, changing mat, high chair, potty.
Heating: pellet stove extra charge (15 kg bag of pellets = €12.5) + electric convectors (electricity to be paid for at fixed rate).
Sheets and towels available on request.
Possibility of regular cleaning during your stay.
Fiber optic connection: Internet TV service included.
Tourism and Handicap label (mental, hearing).

Cybernatus01 Parfait en tous points !
Séjour particulièrement agréable dans un gîte moderne, parfaitement doté (rien ne manque) et très propre. Mr Bonnefont, père du propriétaire, a été d’une grande gentillesse tant pour nous accueillir que pendant la durée du séjour. Je recommande ce gîte sans aucune réserve !

Marina Maison agréable avec beaucoup de charme
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison ancienne pleine de charme et rénovée avec goût (grandes chambres, literie confortable, grande salle de bain notamment). La petite cour est idéalement ombragée pour partager de bons repas dehors.
Nous avons pu echanger avec les propriétaires par message, avant et pendant nos vacances. C'est le papa du propriétaire qui nous a accueillis à nôtre arrivée. Merci pour les douceurs qui nous attendaient à nôtre arrivée.
Le village est calme. Plein de charmants coins à visiter aux alentours et bien sûr Angoulême ! Nous avons passé des vacances apaisantes et reposantes.- Cleanliness

Ce gîte est parfait pour 6 personnes ! Bien aménagé et joliment décoré ! Il ne manquait que la table dehors ! Mais hélas pour nous, le temps ne le permettait pas ! Nous reviendrons !
