Gîte in a beautiful stone building, in a peaceful village near the Charente valley.

First floor: living room with kitchen, linen room, wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds convertible to 160x200cm, shower room, separate wc.
DVD player, home cinema, radio, stereo.
Terrace, private enclosed landscaped courtyard.
In July and August, on request from the owner and depending on weather conditions: private land on the banks of the Charente for fishing and picnicking, approx. 2 km away, to be shared with the other gîte.
4 bicycles available on request, including 1 equipped with a baby seat.
Baby equipment on request: bed, bath, changing mat, high chair, potty.
Heating: pellet stove extra charge (15 kg bag of pellets = €12.5) + electric convectors (electricity to be paid for at fixed rate).
Sheets and towels available on request.
Possibility of regular cleaning during your stay.
Fiber optic connection: Internet TV service included.
