Owners' lounge (fireplace, TV, books). Vast garden planted with majestic trees (sequoia, plane, bamboo...) and bordered by the river, open terrace, picnic area. Heated Piscine (2.5 x 5 m.), protected by cover, open from June 1 to September 30, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. WIFI (fiber optic internet). 4G telephone coverage on all networks. Snacks available on request (€12). GREEN UP socket for electric vehicle recharging. Located on the Flow Vélo itinerary (European route) and close to the Scandibérique (EuroVélo 3). Bicycle rental available 4 km away, buses 500 m away, cinemas 2.6 km away. Not suitable for Kids (pond, stream and river not secured).
