In a green setting bathed by the Touvre river, a spacious, independent room in an 18th-century longère bordered by an avenue of palm trees. 5 minutes from Angoulême town center.
Separate ground-floor bedroom with 2 beds 80x200, which can be made into a bed 160x200, and private bathroom with toilet (2 steps). Baby bed available on request. Courtesy tray. Owners' lounge (fireplace, TV, books). Vast garden planted with majestic trees (sequoia, plane, bamboo...) and bordered by the river, open terrace, picnic area. Heated Piscine (2.5 x 5 m.), protected by cover, open from June 1 to September 30, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. WIFI (fiber optic internet). 4G telephone coverage on all networks. Snacks available on request (€12). GREEN UP socket for electric vehicle recharging. Located on the Flow Vélo itinerary (European route) and close to the Scandibérique (EuroVélo 3). Bicycle rental available 4 km away, buses 500 m away, cinemas 2.6 km away. Not suitable for Kids (pond, stream and river not secured).

Nbp Charmant: maison et accueil.
Accueil charmant des propriétaires et une chambre très confortable. Piscine immense et bienvenue pour les touristes en fin de journée.
