Private terrace overlooking the common enclosed courtyard of 400 m², private garden of 100 m² at 10 m. from the kitchen door, griddle.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath.
Heating by pellet stove to be paid on site according to consumption.
Shelter under courtyard with Green Up socket for electric vehicle charging (charges to be paid to the owner).
Table tennis on request.
Possibility to welcome horses (in box or paddock, see owner for conditions and prices).
Non-smoking cottage. Located on a property with horses, this traditional stone house has been tastefully renovated to retain its original features.
